As part of the Lower Kingsbury BMP Retrofit Project, NTCD is partnering with the Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing (KCOA) to implement stormwater treatment Best Management Practices (BMPs) on their property. These improvements will be in coordination with the larger areawide project and will improve stormwater treatment and support Lake Tahoe’s TMDL goals.

NTCD will assist KCOA by soliciting bids for the project and managing construction. Improvements will include sediment canisters with filter inserts, a vegetated rain garden, and source control.
