Marla Bay and Pinewild are highly constrained neighborhoods on the southeast shore of Lake Tahoe. Both receive stormwater “run-on” from US-50 and upstream neighborhoods. This project seeks to partner with a private landowners, Marla Bay GID, PineWild HOA, and NDOT to find solutions to treat the runoff prior to discharging to Lake Tahoe. Project may include vault and channel retrofits and constructed basins. Project will work concurrently with NDOT corridor planning on US-50.
